I am angry

in case anyone cares I am SO ANGRY....A MONTH ago I orderd a copy of B's medical records to be sent from his old ped to his new one...They have STILL not arrived, I have been told that they were mailed over a week ago, however they are not at the new ped's office..THey are lost in space..The woman at the old dr's office said they will just mail another copy, as if that makes me feel better about 106 pages of B's life floating around someplace...
