When you get an email from your school notifying you that you have an outstanding bill on your account and can't get your diploma or transcript until you pay...so you call to find out what the bill is about and it's OVER a thousand dollars....and then the guy asks "how do you want to pay for that?" As if in my back pocket is an extra thousand dollars! Yeah right before christmas..CHARGE IT!
